Replacing images in the Asset Library

The Replace function in the Asset Library lets you update an image once and automatically applies the change everywhere it appears in your courses. This eliminates the need to manually replace each instance of the image individually.

This can be useful for situations where a draft version of an asset needs to be updated to the final version, if your branding or logos are changed, or if you need to address images with incorrect or outdated content.

Note: Images will only be replaced in your Elucidat Create Projects, they will not be updated in your live courses. You need to export a new SCORM package from your Project for the new images to be reflected in the course.

Replacing an image

1. Go to the Create homepage

2. Select Asset Library from the left-hand sidebar menu

3. Find the image you'd like to replace

4. Select the image's ellipsis menu (author-create-ellipsis-icon.png)

5. Choose Replace
