Exporting a course that can be taken in multiple languages

Once you've created your translations, you can choose to export the course as one multi-language SCORM package containing each language version within.

Exporting a multi-language course

1. Go to either your Parent or one of its Variations

2. Open the Export menu from the top toolbar

3. Select Export for LMS

4. Select the languages you'd like to include in your course from the drop-down menu

5. Choose Export as a single SCORM file

6. Select your SCORM mode

7. Choose whether you'd like to capture learner data and their personally identifiable information (PII)

8. Select Export SCORM package to download your multi-language course

Exporting language versions individually

You can also choose to export a SCORM package of each language version individually if you prefer to distribute them as separate courses.

Follow the steps for Exporting a multi-language course but instead of Export as single SCORM file at step 5, choose Export as separate SCORM files to download individual packages of each language version.

Launching the course in your LMS

Upon launching the course, learners will be presented with a language selection screen. Here, they can choose the course language by selecting one of the options in the drop-down menu.

Learners can freely switch between languages without losing their progress by selecting the globe icon in the header of the course.
