We are pleased to announce the launch of our new AI Content Creation workflow. This feature accelerates the hardest part of course creation by turning your complex source documents into structured learning. Instead of starting from a blank page or manually copying and pasting text across tools, you can now generate a working first draft in minutes.

Here is everything you need to know about getting started with AI-generated projects.

Who is this for? This feature is designed to support users of all skill levels, enabling a more scalable content creation model:

  • For Experienced Learning Designers: If you are dealing with a high volume of training requests, this feature reduces the pressure by taking complex material provided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and quickly turning it into a useful first draft. It removes the bottleneck of building courses from scratch, allowing you to focus on higher-value work like refinement, quality assurance, and instructional improvements.
  • For Less Experienced Authors and SMEs: You do not need deep instructional design expertise to create effective training. The AI does the heavy lifting to organize your knowledge into a logical, learning-appropriate structure, helping you produce well-paced courses from the start.

  • Built-in Instructional Structure: The AI goes beyond simply copying text; it automatically organizes your content into learning-appropriate formats, utilizing page types like introduce, explain, demonstrate, practice, and summarise.
  • Faster Time to Value: By generating a structured first draft, you can shift your effort away from initial creation and focus entirely on refining and tailoring the content to your specific audience and brand requirements.
  • Total Control: Everything remains fully editable. You retain complete control to rewrite sections, add or remove pages, and switch interaction types at the click of a button.

How to Use the AI Generation Workflow

  1. Upload Your PDFs: Select "Create project with AI" as your primary entry point. You can upload up to 10 PDF documents. 
  2. Provide Context: Tell the AI who the training is for by defining your audience, learning objectives, required expertise level, and course length. You can enter these details manually or let the AI Expert suggest them based on your uploaded files.
  3. Review the Project Outline: The AI will generate a proposed project outline, detailing the chapters, page titles, and content types. You can fully customize and adjust this outline before generating the course.
  4. Refine in the Editor: Once you confirm the outline, the AI builds the complete project and takes you directly into the Create editor. From here, you can polish the content and make any final adjustments.
