Using Analytics to understand how your learners are interacting with your courses

Your Analytics shows you trend data from all your courses which you can use to get an overview of how your learners are performing.

There are six trend graphs, each focusing on a different metric:

  • Daily learners: The number of learners who took your courses each day.
  • Pass rates: The number of passes and fails learners have achieved each day.
  • Time spent (minutes): The total time learners have spent on courses per day.
  • Completion rates: The number of completions and attempts each day.
  • Total learners (subscription term): The total number of unique learners who have taken your courses during the subscription period.
  • Total learning time (subscription term): The total time learners have spent on your courses during the subscription term.

Note: The data in these graphs is refreshed daily, and is not a reflection of real-time usage.

Time range filters

There are two filters available to help you focus on specific time periods or view broader trends.

Date filters

The date filter allows you to show data from a specific date range.

Select a date from the date range fields, or type your chosen dates in DD/MM/YYYY format:

Days to show

Days to show controls how much data is visible in the graphs at a time.

You can choose from:

  • 7 days
  • 14 days
  • 28 days
  • 2 months
  • 3 months

Use the Days to Show filter to adjust the time range of the displayed data. Navigate between periods using the forward and back buttons to move to the next or previous time period:
