By default, your courses will not capture learner data. If you want to track your learner's responses and results, you need to manually enable this from the Analytics page.
When Analytics is activated, all of your courses will begin reporting data to Elucidat Create's Analytics dashboard. This data allows you to track learner results and identify trends in your elearning.
You can also choose whether to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from your learners. If you choose not to, your learners will be anonymous in Elucidat's Analytics.
Once enabled, you can access the Your Analytics page, where overall trends are shown, as well as Your Data, which provides more detailed information about individual learners and their results.
Tip: You can choose to disable learner data capture for specific courses when you export them from the platform. This can be useful if you have a specific course where data capture isn't necessary or where learners need to be anonymous. For more information, see Configuring a course's data capture settings. |
