Using the data dashboard search and filters

You can filter the dashboard results to get a more focused view of your data. There are four sections of Your Data:

Search terms will cover all the information available in the current view. For example, in Results, the term Elucidat will return users with an @elucidat.com email address and courses with Elucidat in the title.

Toolbar filters

Date range

Available in: Learners | Results | Activity Log | Learning Time Log

You can use the filter options above the dashboard to filter entries by a specific time frame.

The date range filters the results based on when they were last updated. Choose a date range by typing the dates in each field or select the calendar icon (create-calendar-icon.png) to choose a date from the calendar:

Note: When typing a date, use the format DD/MM/YYYY.

Success status

Available in: Results

This filters the results based on success status. There are four filters across two categories:

  • Completed
    • Yes
    • No
  • Result
    • Passed
    • Failed

You can select one status from each category from the Completed or Result filters. Filters in use are marked with a blue dot:

Active filters appear above the data list in a chip. Clear them by selecting the filter chip's X icon (create-x-icon.png):

Activity type

Available in: Activity log

This filters the activity log entries based on activity type. There are four filters:

  • Started
  • Failed
  • Completed
  • Passed

Additional filters

There are additional filters available by selecting the ellipsis icon (author-create-ellipsis-icon.png) next to a learner entry:

These offer a quick way to apply more focused filters such as by learner to see their performance across multiple courses; or by result to see all the learners who have failed a course.

As with the Success status filters, active filters will appear in a chip above the data list in a chip:
