Making your Projects visible to your colleagues

All Projects that you build in Create will initially only be visible to you. Your Projects will remain private to you until you share them.

This means you have direct control over which of your colleagues can view, edit, and comment on your elearning courses.

You can choose to share the Project with specific users or your whole organisation at once and you can remove or change other users' access to your Projects at any time.

Opening a Project's sharing options

You can modify other user's access to a Project either from the Project library or from the Project itself.

From the Project library

1. Go to the Project library

2. Find the Project you'd like to share

3. Select the ellipsis menu on the right-hand side of the Project:

4. Choose Share

From the Project editing interface

1. Open the Project

2. Select the Share button (Create, share button in Project top toolbar.png) in the top toolbar

Choosing the individuals or groups you'd like to share your Project with

Once you've selected Share using either of the methods above, a modal window will open. Under the Users with access heading, you can see who already has access to the Project. Under Access Level, you can see what kind of permissions each user or group has:

To learn more about the different access levels and what they permit your colleagues to do, see Understanding access levels and the permissions they grant.

Sharing your Project with your entire organisation

You can choose to give access to your organisation as a whole by selecting a new access level from the drop-down menu:

Sharing your Project with individual users

You can also share your Project with specific users, each with their own level of access.

1. Search for the user in the Search Users field. You can either type their name or view a list of users by selecting the downward-facing arrow in the search field.

2. Set their access level from the drop-down menu

3. Select Add

Tip: If there are several users you'd like to add at a time who you want to all have the same access level, you can select multiple users from the search bar and select the access level you want them to have.

If you're adding several users with different access levels, you'll need to add them individually.
