Using Elucidat Create is a great way to quickly build straightforward and effective elearning courses. However, if you want to develop your course further and make more detailed choices about its content, structure, and configuration, you can copy the course you've made in Create to the Elucidat Author platform.
In Elucidat Author, you can create more tailored elearning courses and build more customized page structures using Layout. You can also use more advanced configurations like personalized branching using Rules and assessment and survey features like Question Pools and social polling.
When you copy a course from Create to Author, the course will rebuilt using parts available in Author.
The original course you made in Create will remain unchanged. Neither course will be affected by changes made in the other so you can continue working on both versions separately.
Note: Media like audio and videos you have uploaded to your Create Project will not be carried over to the resulting Author Project. However, containers will be built so you can re-upload them to the containers afterwards. To learn how to upload media to your Project, see Using media files in a Project. Copying Questions from Create to Author is currently not supported. You will need to re-build the question(s) in Author. You can find out how to do this in Building a question page. |
